Assembly Technician

Isothermal Technology Ltd (Isotech) is a global leader in the development and manufacture of temperature calibration equipment with over 45 years of business in this specialist field. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking to recruit an assembly technician to work within our sensor manufacturing department.

Applicant requirements:

Proven experience in precision assembly work.

Accurate hand-eye co-ordination is essential as some work is carried out under microscope.

This role would be suited to someone who has experience in micro-welding and soldering jewellery/craft skills.

Role Overview:

The successful applicant will form part of a small team of production technicians within our sensor manufacturing department, tasked with the assembly of high-quality sensors. The work with be carried out to established SOP with specific training provided.

Experience of working in a small component production line or manufacturing environment would be desirable. This role requires a high-level attention to detail and an open mind to develop new skills.

Ability to keep accurate data records.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required.

Interviews will include a practical hands-on assessment taking approximately 2-4 hours.

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours)

Salary dependant on experience

28 days holidays including bank holidays
