Assembly Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, following detailed schematics and blueprints. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality items. What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll take part in the final stages of our manufacturing process, assembling and preparing parts for shipment. Responsibilities include:

• Assembling custom metal products and components
• Building and prepping pallets for outgoing products
• Packaging finished goods securely and efficiently
• Assisting in cleaning and prepping parts for powder coating
• Following safety procedures and keeping work areas clean and organized

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial assembly environments is required.
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints is essential.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, welding, soldering, machining, or fabrication is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including forklift operation is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to handle specialized industrial tools confidently.
• Experience working with power tools, pneumatic tools, and manual hand tools in a fast-paced setting is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Regularly lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Load and unload parts from racks and pallets
• 1 Shift Monday - Thursday 6 AM - 3PM, Fridays 6AM -12 Noon

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
