About the Role

Do you enjoy hands-on technical work? Help assemble and test modules and systems in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components, modules and systems.
• Follow technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Perform testing and inspections.
• Use hand tools, power screwdrivers, torque wrenches and measurement equipment.
• Route and bundle cables and wiring harnesses.
• Report deviations and support quality improvements.
• Follow ESD, safety and 5S procedures.

Qualifications

• Practical assembly experience is valued; a technical qualification is not required.
• The right to work in the EU.

Required Skills

• Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing or other technical work.
• Understanding of assembly processes and technical instructions.
• Experience using tools and measurement equipment.
• An accurate approach and attention to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in two shifts.
• Good English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Relocation support available for candidates moving to the Netherlands.

Pay range and compensation package

• Gross monthly salary: €3,380–€4,100, including shift allowance, based on full-time employment.
• Two-shift schedule.
• Salary growth based on performance.

Working hours

• Morning shift: 06:00–14:15.
• Afternoon shift: 14:15–23:00.
