Assembly Technician — Multiple Openings | Elma, NY

Duration: 12 Months

We're hiring 15–20 Assembly Technicians for on-site roles at precision manufacturing facilities in Elma, NY and Salt Lake City, UT . These are hands-on roles building and testing high-precision aerospace and industrial components. All positions are fully on-site.

What you'll do:

Perform mechanical and electronic assembly using specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging, and torque mechanisms

Work from engineering drawings, work instructions, and parts lists to meet build requirements

Set up and run operational tests on finished products using hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test stands

Diagnose test failures, assess hardware condition, and recommend rework

Record build and test results with precision and care

What you bring:

3+ years of hands-on assembly and/or test experience in a technical/manufacturing environment

Automotive and/or aircraft industry background

Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical/electronic measurement equipment

Comfort with computers — ability to navigate multiple systems and follow digital work instructions

High school diploma or GED (or demonstrated ability to follow verbal/written/computer instructions in English)

Requirements:

Fully on-site attendance required — candidates must be local to Elma, NY and able to reliably commute

Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 65 lbs
