Schedule: M-F 7:00 am-3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $28 DOE
Location: Chaska, MN (Local Candidates Only) 
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive training on the modification, assembly, checkout, and testing of semiconductor equipment at a manufacturing facility in Chaska, MN
• Perform on-site service, upgrades, modifications, and repairs on semiconductor processing equipment
• Diagnoses and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct equipment installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and required reports
• Stay current on equipment, tools, and industry advancements through training, manuals, factory publications, and other technical resources
• Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Represent the company professionally while working at customer sites
• Maintain standards of conduct required by both WGNSTAR and customer facilities to retain site access credentials
• Collaborate with customers and team members to resolve technical issues and support equipment operations

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented individuals with strong technical and mechanical aptitude
• Strong work ethic and interest in building a long-term career with unlimited growth and advancement opportunities
• Prior experience and/or military experience in a mechanical or electronics-related field preferred 1+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment Excellent customer service and customer-facing communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools Eagerness to learn and willingness to work in a hands-on, physically active role

Preferences:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Motivated self-starter with a desire for career progression and continuous development

Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
