Assembly Worker - Full Time Position

We are seeking a reliable and hands on Assembly Worker for our well established client’s team located in Prestons. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands on work and takes pride in producing quality products.

You will be responsible for assembling roller shutter and folding closure doors, working with a range of components, hand tools and equipment to ensure each door is assembled accurately and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble roller shutter and folding closure doors
• Work with a variety of components and materials
• Use hand tools and basic workshop equipment
• Follow assembly instructions, drawings and specifications
• Ensure products are assembled accurately and meet quality standards
• Conduct basic checks of completed assemblies
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, doors, roller shutters, fabrication or a similar hands on environment would be highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right person.

What We Offer

• Full time, permanent position
• Consistent Monday to Friday hours: M-T 7.30am -4.00pm F- 7.30am-1.30pm
• Early finish every Friday at 1:30pm
