Duties

Assemble components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to technical drawings and production documents

Operate forklifts and other factory equipment safely to move materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise assembly and mechanical fitting of parts

Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injuries

Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards during assembly processes

Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall process efficiency

Manage production documentation accurately, including recording assembly steps, inspection results, and quality checks

Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to safety standards in production and participating in process improvement initiatives

Pay: 1,120$$$$ before taxes and overtime.

Location: Lancaster TX

Experience:

Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, especially in assembly line environments

Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, interpreting technical drawings, and using hand tools or power tools

Knowledge of safety standards in production settings and the ability to follow safety protocol adherence at all times

Familiarity with forklift operation and certification is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed

Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and manage manual handling tasks efficiently

Strong mechanical knowledge combined with technical proficiency in using measuring instruments and interpreting technical documents

Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is advantageous for candidates interested in growth opportunities within manufacturing management
