Assembly Worker

What You'll Do

• Assemble aerospace components and subassemblies according to blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
• Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and work with team members to improve processes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Experience in mechanical or aerospace assembly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
