Assessment Centre Coordinator

• Manage the end-to-end Assessment Center process, from planning and preparation through assessment implementation, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct, monitor, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of Assessment Center processes.
• Organize and facilitate Assessment Centers for talent mapping and identification of employee development needs.
• Partner with the business to drive talent development through competency mapping and assessment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Master’s degree (S2) in Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Assessment Center.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Assessment Center methodology.
• Strong capability in developing Assessment Center tools and simulation.
• Knowledge and experience with psychological assessment tools is an advantage.
• Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset, adaptability, and agility.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, coordinate, and manage a team of assessors.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
