Working days: 6 days

Timings: 9am to 6pm

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track IT hardware and software assets using the HMCL tool.
• Maintain asset details such as user, configuration, serial number, asset code, warranty, vendor, and AMC.
• Manage software licenses, renewals, and compliance.
• Conduct physical asset verification and maintain IT inventory across locations.
• Track asset allocation, movement, installation, and IMAC activities.
• Monitor warranties, repairs, preventive checks, and vendor issues.
• Check stock availability and raise procurement requests when required.
• Maintain laptop, printer, and peripheral user information and tagging.
• Track inward/outward movement of IT assets, spares, and equipment as per HMCL policies.
• Provide asset utilization and monthly status reports.
