Assessor

We are seeking qualified and experienced Assessors to work with the institute on a contract / freelance basis.

This is not a full-time position. Assessment assignments will be scheduled according to the institute’s training and assessment calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learner assessments in accordance with approved assessment criteria and procedures.
• Evaluate learner knowledge, skills, competency, and submitted evidence.
• Complete assessment records and documentation accurately.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to learners.
• Ensure assessments are fair, valid, reliable, and consistent.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper assessment records.
• Participate in assessment standardization and quality assurance activities when required.
• Cooperate with trainers and QA personnel regarding assessment outcomes and evidence.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification and practical experience in the subject area being assessed.
• Recognized Assessor qualification or certification, where required.
• Previous experience in vocational training, competency-based assessment, or learner assessment is preferred.
• Good understanding of assessment methods, evidence requirements, and documentation.
• Strong communication and evaluation skills.
• Ability to make objective assessment decisions.
• Availability to conduct assessments according to the institute’s schedule.

Contract Type

Contract / Freelance / Assignment-Based

No fixed daily attendance is required. Assessors will be engaged based on scheduled assessment requirements.
