Vexall is a South African retail IT support company. We support retail pharmacies and other large retailers, and we develop and maintain our own pharmacy management software. Our teams work across IT, software development, service desk, procurement, field services and retail/POS.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Assets Administrator to join our team in Rivonia. You’ll provide administrative support across the business and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth business operations
• Maintain accurate records, asset registers and system documentation
• Prepare, process and manage documentation with a high level of accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
• Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in an administration or IT support environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (non-negotiable)
• Strong attention to detail
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently
