This is a permanent full-time position that can be based anywhere in Australia, however you will need to locate near one of our amazing offices based throughout capital and or larger cities (we have over 30+ offices). Location and the flexible wokring can be discussed in the recuritmetn process.

What you’ll do

You'll work closely with Assets, Maintenance, Finance, Procurement, IT and operational teams to improve the quality, accessibility and value of asset information across our national portfolio.

Your work will include:

  • Analysing asset, maintenance and contractor data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance improvements.
  • Producing evidence-based insights that support maintenance planning, capital investment and portfolio optimisation.
  • Developing and enhancing Power BI (or equivalent) dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility of asset performance, maintenance activity and compliance.

  • Supporting initiatives that strengthen asset management maturity, sustainability and cost-effective service delivery across the organisation.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with data but is equally comfortable working with people. You know how to translate technical analysis into practical recommendations that support better business decisions.

You'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience analysing complex asset, maintenance or infrastructure data.
  • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle modelling, condition analysis and performance reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence and visualisation tools.
  • Experience working with asset management systems, maintenance systems and asset registers.
  • A sound understanding of asset management principles, lifecycle planning, compliance and risk-based decision making.
  • Experience supporting data governance, reporting improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
