Position Overview As Asset Assurance Manager, you will lead the Offshore Technical Assurance Specialists and own the Technical Assurance Program for operating assets. You will provide independent assurance across HSSE, production operations, marine operations, integrity, reliability and maintenance, and electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications disciplines, helping ensure asset risks are identified, managed and continuously improved across the fleet.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Offshore Technical Assurance Specialists across multiple technical disciplines
• Own and deliver the Technical Assurance Program for operating assets
• Conduct assurance activities to verify that critical controls are effective in practice
• Ensure assurance findings are recorded, tracked and closed with root causes addressed
• Escalate significant risks through the risk management and enterprise risk processes
• Provide assurance input to performance reviews and management review processes
• Perform independent verification activities in accordance with company requirements
• Identify emerging risks, recurring issues and good practices across the asset portfolio

Qualifications You will need:

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or a Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience
• Minimum 15 years of experience in offshore oil and gas operations or a closely related industry
• Experience in a technical assurance, verification, risk management or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of asset integrity, operational risk management and verification principles
• Experience working within offshore operating environments
• Fluent written and spoken English

• Experience working in multinational organisations
• Exposure to multiple offshore asset types and disciplines
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management systems and assurance frameworks
