Job Qualification:

• Current university students in their 5th or 6th semester, as well as fresh graduates, are welcome to apply.
• Detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and possess strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Familiar with Google Drive and digital document management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and reliable in handling data and documents.
• Experience in inventory management, stock auditing, or asset control is an advantage but not required.

Job Desk:

• Melakukan stock opname secara berkala di gudang dan toko
• Melakukan follow up PICA untuk temuan hasil stock opname
• Melakukan adjustment sesuai berita acara atau memo internal
• Mengarsip dan menyusun dokumen hasil opname di Google Drive
• Memastikan kelengkapan dan ketepatan data stok aset perusahaan
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk penyelesaian selisih stok
