ASSET CONTROLLER

The position holder has the following duties and responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

1.     Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to accompany policy.

2.     Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory including transfer and cycle counts.

3.     Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock

4.     Review documentation and monitor product codes to seach for discrepancies between stock and records.

5.     Manage cycle counts of inventories on a regular basis.

6.     Respond to purchase orders, collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities.

7.     Keep updated inventory records (including shipments)

8.     Prepare generate and file summary of inventories monthly

9.     Coordinates / communicates with departments regarding inventory /asset concerns.

QUALIFICATION:

1.     Candidate must possess at least Bachelors /College Degree

2.     At least 2 years of working experience in related field.

3.     High integrity and history of trust with all previous companies worked at.

4.     Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred

5.     Very detailed and meticulous

6.     Problem Solver, Has goof business judgement leadership qualities.

7.     Can work with minimal supervision.

8.     Good communication and presentation skills (written and spoken).

9.     Familiarity in Microsoft suite is required.

10. Familiarity in the Medical Industry is preferred.

11. Have good communication skills both oral and written

12. Must be willing to work in Manila and travel for site inspection.
