- Provide technical support to end-users on IT assets and resolve issues related to hardware malfunctions.
Job Requirements :
- 0.7-4 years of experience in IT Asset Management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of IT procurement procedures and vendor management best practices.
