Key Responsibilities
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Handle end-to-end tasks including receipt, tagging, storage, issuance, movement, recovery, sanitization, and disposal.
- Inventory & Records: Update and maintain accurate asset records in systems like ServiceNow or asset databases across all lifecycle stages.
- Audits & Compliance: Participate in asset management audits, drive organizational compliance, and resolve data anomalies with clients or internal teams.
- Reporting: Generate regular monthly asset reports and ad-hoc inventory health reports as requested.
