Asset Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT asset inventory and asset records.
• Coordinate hardware/software procurement, quotations, vendors, POs, and payments.
• Track renewals, warranties, subscriptions, and software licenses.
• Manage asset onboarding, offboarding, tagging, sanitization, and clearance.
• Coordinate asset requirements across locations and departments.
• Handle asset repairs and follow up with vendors until completion.
• Coordinate IT budget/fund requirements with Finance.
• Manage asset-related tickets and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree, preferably B.Com or related field.
• Experience in IT asset management/procurement preferred.
• Experience with Zoho ServiceDesk, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Jira, ITIL/ITSM tools is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of IT asset lifecycle and software license management.
• Strong communication, coordination, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
