Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicles through GPS and maintain daily movement records.
- Record KM readings and prepare daily/monthly vehicle reports.
- Track machinery working hours and prepare daily & weekly machine reports.
- Monitor FASTag balance and transactions and maintain monthly reports.
- Maintain office vehicle entry/exit and key records.
- Maintain dispatch records and site book/bill entries.
- Coordinate with site teams and management for required vehicle and machinery information.
- Ensure all records and reports are accurate and updated.
Requirements
- 12th / Diploma / Graduate.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
- Experience in construction/site operations will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
