What you will do:

• Document Management & Digitalization : Manages the scanning, filing, and storage of lease, legal, and operational documents ensuring accurate and organized records.
• Document Routing & Coordination : Coordinates the routing and processing of contracts, reimbursements, legal documents, memos, and other business-related requirements.
• SAP Data Maintenance & System Support: Creates, updates, and maintains records in SAP/S4 HANA to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Cross-Functional Support : Partners with various departments to facilitate permit renewals, regulatory submissions, and compliance requirements.
• Administrative Support : Provides administrative and operational support through meeting coordination, supply monitoring, onboarding assistance, and other departmental activities..

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Management, or a related field.
• With administrative or clerical work experience
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
