Asset Engineer

The Asset Engineer is responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of predictive maintenance technologies and methodologies, including the development of risk models and mitigation strategies. He/She will be involved in managing and supervising compliance with Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) schedules and standards, integrating asset monitoring tools, and ensuring thorough documentation and audit compliance across all branches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in asset management, engineering, or a related field, with strong experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge and experience in asset monitoring, risk assessment, predictive maintenance technologies, and maintenance optimization.
• Automotive diploma or related technical qualification is a strong advantage.
• Willing to travel anytime as the role requires branch visits and field coordination.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly for training, group discussions, and meetings.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and with strong time management skills.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant computer software.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with Restriction Code 1 and 2; Restriction Code 1, 2, 3 is an advantage.
