What they need
- Maintain and update IT asset records, including desktops, laptops, printers, and monitors.
- Perform Physical Asset Verification (PAV) and ensure accurate asset tracking.
- Manage asset allocation, issuance, collection, and return.
- Update asset details in inventory management tools and MS Excel.
- Maintain asset tags, serial numbers, and employee assignment records.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and other departments for asset-related activities.
- Track asset movement between employees, departments, and locations.
- Identify missing, damaged, or obsolete assets and report discrepancies.
- Support periodic asset audits and prepare verification reports.
- Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets as per company policies.
