Asset Inventory Management
📍 Location: Malang, East Java
ABOUT US :
Established in 2024 in Malang, Indonesia, PT Dua Pendekar Ayam is the powerhouse behind Dikichi — a bold fried chicken brand on a mission to serve high-quality, affordable fried chicken to the masses.
Our ambition? To become Indonesia’s No. 1 fried chicken brand and take it global.
At PT Dua Pendekar Ayam, culture is everything. We’re bold, fun, and impact-driven. Speed, resilience, agility, collaboration, and extreme ownership are not just values — they’re how we win. Here, people don’t just work. They grow, lead, and thrive.
ABOUT THE ROLE :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, systematic, and accounting-minded Asset Management & Inventory professional who understands that accurate asset records are essential to maintain strong financial control and operational efficiency across Dikichi’s growing business.
This role is more than just recording assets. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every fixed asset across our restaurants and Distribution Centers is properly identified, recorded, monitored, and reconciled between the accounting system and its physical condition. From asset tagging and registration to asset movement, maintenance, and disposal, your work will help protect the company’s assets and maintain accurate financial records.
You’ll work closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure asset management procedures are properly implemented across multiple locations. If you enjoy working with numbers, physical assets, and detailed records while ensuring accuracy and compliance, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Manage Fixed Asset Registration – Conduct physical asset inventory, asset tagging, and fixed asset registration across restaurants and Distribution Centers.
- Maintain Accurate Asset Records – Regularly update and reconcile asset data between the Accurate system and actual physical asset conditions.
- Conduct Asset Reconciliation – Identify and investigate discrepancies between accounting records, asset registers, and physical assets.
- Manage Asset Movements – Maintain accurate administration and documentation for asset transfers, mutations, maintenance, and disposal.
- Monitor Asset Condition – Track asset conditions and coordinate with relevant teams regarding maintenance, replacement, or disposal requirements.
- Support Asset Accounting – Ensure proper recording and monitoring of fixed assets, including asset values, depreciation, and changes in asset status.
- Develop & Monitor Asset SOPs – Prepare, review, and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures related to asset management to ensure consistent implementation.
- Ensure Asset Management Compliance – Monitor adherence to asset management procedures and identify gaps or potential control issues.
- Coordinate Across Departments – Work closely with Operations, Accounting, Finance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure proper asset administration.
- Support Asset Audit & Reporting – Prepare accurate asset reports and supporting documentation for internal audits, reconciliations, and management reviews.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Hold a minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Have 1–2 years of experience in Asset Management, Inventory Control, Internal Audit, Accounting, or a related function.
- Have a strong understanding of fixed asset accounting, asset registration, depreciation, and asset valuation.
- Proficient in Accurate and Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with asset registers, reconciliation, physical inventory, and supporting documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with a systematic and organized approach to work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying asset discrepancies.
- Good communication and coordination skills with multiple departments and locations.
- Have a strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and accountability.
- Willing to travel and conduct business trips to various restaurants and company locations.
- Experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet/multi-site business is an advantage.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS :
As Dikichi continues to expand its restaurant network and operational facilities, the number and complexity of company assets continue to grow. Accurate asset management is essential to ensure that every asset is properly recorded, protected, and utilized throughout its lifecycle.
As part of the Asset Management & Inventory team, you’ll help bridge the gap between accounting records and operational reality—ensuring that what is recorded in the system accurately reflects what exists in our restaurants and Distribution Centers.
Your work will strengthen asset control, improve data accuracy, support reliable financial reporting, and help Dikichi manage its growing asset base more efficiently and responsibly.
