  • Track consumable inventory and coordinate replenishment, equipment repairs, vendor activities, and purchase requests.
  • Coordinate external equipment repairs and warranty follow-up, including vendor status and expected completion dates.
  • Conduct regular workshop walkthroughs and physically verify assigned tools, equipment, vehicles, and storage areas.
  • Support employee training related to asset control, calibration processes, and IndySoft usage.
  • Plan and prioritize daily work independently, maintain a current task tracker, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate delays or issues promptly.
  • Follow all workshop safety requirements and complete company-required forklift training.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Experience with IndySoft or a similar asset/calibration management system preferred.
  • Experience working with ISO procedures, documentation, audits, and employee training
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to work regularly in an active workshop environment and complete required forklift training.
  • Experience in marine, industrial, power-generation, or field-service operations is a plus.
