Asset Management Coordinator

About the role

You will own the operational side of client experience, acting as the filter that ensures portfolios stay accurate, schedules stay tight, and client commitments are met. You'll drive the logistics of client accounts, navigating the complexities of claims processing, overseeing account updates, and managing high-level calendar management to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts, handle claims, and process payments
• Manage calendars and follow-ups to ensure no client is left behind
• Conduct check-ins to keep client rapport high
• Support the management and execution of team events
• Navigate the complexities of claims processing and account updates

About you

• Local Poly Diploma / A-Levels or above
• Fluent English and strong interpersonal people skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and Canva
• Minimum 3 days a week commitment
