Asset Management Executive

Key responsibilities

1. Maintain comprehensive records and databases of all company assets, including equipment and machinery,
2. Conduct regular asset audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of asset registers and identify discrepancies
3. Track asset depreciation, maintenance schedules, and warranty information to optimise asset lifecycle management
4. Coordinate with departments to monitor asset allocation and ensure optimal utilisation across the organisation
5. Prepare detailed asset reports and documentation for management review
6. Implement and maintain asset tagging and identification systems for efficient tracking and retrieval
7. Liaise with vendors and service providers regarding asset maintenance, repairs, and replacements
8. Ensure compliance with company asset management policies and relevant regulatory requirements
9. Assist in the disposal or transfer of assets in accordance with company procedures
