About The Job Join a hands-on, field-focused role where your work supports the foundation of facilities excellence. You’ll be on the front lines of deploying asset management services, conducting inventories, and assessing asset conditions to ensure the reliable delivery of Hard FM solutions across diverse market segments.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $86275 per year - $111650 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What You’ll Bring As a natural problem-solver, you thrive on challenges. You’re also an expert at implementing solutions. Sodexo is hiring our remote Asset Management Framework Engineering Team Member 1 to support our Campus Segment Client locations across the nation with

asset management strategy, data analysis, and facilities optimization initiatives.

• Ability to analyze and map complex data sets, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Deep understanding of CMMS applications and how they support asset performance, tracking, and reporting
• Demonstrated experience driving innovation and crafting solutions that improve Hard FM service delivery
• A collaborative communication style with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
• Field-ready technical knowledge of facility systems, paired with a strategic mindset for continuous improvement and standardization

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Related Experience: 3 years
