Preferred Qualifications Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Software Licensing & Compliance
- IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Contract & Vendor Management
- ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, or similar SAM tools
- ITSM Fundamentals
- Power BI (preferred)
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
- Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
- ITIL Foundation v4
- AWS Cloud Practitioner / AWS Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Scrum Foundations
