Asset Management Officer (Solar)

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Management Officer to join our growing solar operation team at Greenergy (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

In this role, you will be part of the core team that ensures our solar power plants across Thailand perform at their best — maximizing efficiency, uptime, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with engineers, operations managers, and clients to track performance, analyze data, and drive improvements that make real impact in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor & Analyze solar plant performance through SCADA and monitoring platforms, including generation, PR, availability, alarms, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate O&M Activities with on-site teams and contractors, including preventive/corrective maintenance, work orders, spare parts, and site visits.
• Prepare Performance Reports (daily/weekly/monthly) covering energy yield, system performance, key issues, OPEX, and recommended improvements.
• Analyze Performance & Losses to identify issues such as soiling, inverter underperformance, shading, and grid curtailment.
• Manage Asset Documentation including maintenance records, incident reports, PPA/O&M contracts, warranties, asset registers, and customer requests.
• Support Financial & Cost Monitoring including OPEX tracking, budget vs. actual analysis, invoicing, and maintenance-related costs.
• Ensure Compliance with safety requirements, insurance conditions, contracts, and relevant regulations.
• Support Asset Improvement Strategies to enhance plant performance, optimize maintenance activities, and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with Customers & Stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support New O&M Business Opportunities by preparing proposals, presentations, asset performance data, and supporting materials for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in solar energy, O&M, or asset management roles (new graduates with strong interest in solar energy are also encouraged to apply).
• Good knowledge of Solar PV systems, data monitoring platforms, and performance analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or SCADA-based systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit solar sites occasionally.
