Asset Management Operations Intern (Full Time available)

Job Responsibilities:

This internship role focuses on Hong Kong asset management back-office operations, covering SFC-regulated fund products, daily fund administration, operational workflow support and data reconciliation.

• Fund & Asset Management Operational Support：Assist in end-to-end daily operations of Hong Kong public funds, private fund products and discretionary asset management mandates. Support product lifecycle management, including client subscription, redemption, switching and settlement process follow-up, ensure daily operation compliance and smooth execution.
• Data Reconciliation & Regular Reporting：Support daily NAV calculation checking, fund size statistics, portfolio holding and performance data reconciliation. Assist in preparing daily operational reports, weekly fund snapshots and monthly operational review reports for internal management and overseas counterpart teams, ensure high data accuracy and consistency.
• Regulatory & Operational Documentation：Assist in preparing, sorting and filing SFC-compliant operational documents, fund operational records, client onboarding documents and internal compliance files. Responsible for document standardization, classification and regular update to meet Hong Kong asset management regulatory requirements.
• Internal & External Stakeholder Coordination：Liaise with internal investment, compliance, risk and accounting teams, as well as external parties including fund administrators, custodian banks and audit teams. Follow up operational workflows, resolve routine operational queries and synchronize work progress timely.
• Market & Regulatory Update Research：Assist in monitoring and collating Hong Kong asset management market trends, SFC regulatory updates, fund industry policies and market information, summarize key insights to support internal operational optimization and business adjustment.
• Ad Hoc Operational Assignments：Support ad-hoc operational projects, operational process optimization and other daily tasks assigned by the operations team.

Job Requirements (Fresh Graduate Friendly):

• Bachelor’s degree or above, expected graduation in 2026. Majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields are preferred. Outstanding candidates from other majors are also welcome.
• Basic knowledge of finance and asset management, with genuine interest in asset management and financial operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and data sorting functions), capable of handling mass data processing and standardized report production efficiently.
• Meticulous, responsible and logical mindset with strong data sensitivity and execution capability.
• Good communication skills and team spirit, able to work steadily and ensure internship continuity.
• No prior internship experience required. New graduates and zero-background candidates are warmly welcomed with full mentoring support.
