Asset Management Trainee

About the role

This role involves assessing clients' financial situations, analyzing and providing comprehensive wealth management services to clients from Hong Kong and China markets, and building close business relationships while managing financial planning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations by conducting financial needs analysis
• Analyze and provide total package of financial services planning
• Provide comprehensive wealth management services including risk management, retirement planning, asset allocation (MPF), and estate planning
• Build up close business relationship with clients and review their financial portfolios
• Build up and manage financial planning team

About you

• University graduates with Bachelor or master's degree in any discipline
• Previous related working experience is an advantage (experience in banking industry or similar background in Hong Kong or mainland will be an advantage)
• Hardworking, independent and sophisticated at working under pressure
• Good numerical skill and business sense
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient at written English, Chinese and/or excellent at Mandarin
• Candidates with valid Hong Kong Identity Card is a MUST
