Asset Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Asset Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will focus on building and maintaining disciplined asset and property management practices in support of government-related operations. The position is responsible for ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, control, and reporting across hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will partner with internal teams to strengthen accountability, improve audit readiness, and support effective inventory oversight.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,155 – $150,385 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of asset management best practices
• Ensure proper tagging and documentation of all installed assets
• Implement hardware and software asset management within the team
• Maintain asset records and manage property functions effectively
• Control property from receipt to disposition
• Conduct internal reviews and audits for accountability
• Perform asset management reporting and inventory audits

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in asset management or contract management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Active Secret Security Clearance required
• US Citizenship is required
• Strong accountability, management process, and reporting skills
