An established manufacturing operation in Macon is looking for an experienced Asset Manager to take ownership of asset performance, reliability and continuous improvement across the site.

This is a great opportunity for a manufacturing leader who enjoys solving problems, developing teams and driving real operational improvements.

The Role

You’ll work across Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to improve equipment reliability, process stability and overall plant performance.

You’ll lead improvement initiatives, coordinate maintenance resources, troubleshoot operational issues and coach Process Engineers, Process Technicians and operating teams.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ operations leadership experience in a manufacturing or CPG processing environment

Engineering degree preferred

Strong technical and problem-solving skills

Experience leading change and continuous improvement

Strong coaching and leadership ability

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Strong computer and Excel skills

100% onsite in Macon, GA.
