Frederick Fox (Los Angeles) is hiring an Asset Manager at a real estate development company in the Inland Empire.

Reports To: VP, Asset Management

Direct Reports: n/a - part of a team of 8

Office Location: Ontario, CA

Worksite Type: Hybrid with 3 days in the office

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 + discretionary bonus

Full‑time : Permanent position with excellent benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage owner/sponsor interests for a portfolio of 30 affordable housing properties (PSH, LIHTC, HOME, HUD), ensuring compliance and maximizing performance.
• Analyze long-term property performance against projections, identifying trends and informing strategic decisions.
• Monitor and ensure timely distribution of critical reports to meet all external stakeholder requirements.
• Oversee capital accounts and prepared/processed replacement reserve requests to fund planned capital expenditures across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property Management and Accounting to analyze material variances, determine key drivers, and effectively report findings to stakeholders/key partners.
• Assist with comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Act as Team Lead to help the VP train and mentor junior staff.

Looking for candidates with:

• 3 years in asset management with a real estate portfolio
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD and conventual finance programs
• Bachelor's degree preferred
