Asset Movement Team (AMT) Associate

Position Overview:

Client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join there operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key extension of local branch management, responsible for reviewing and approving a high volume of incoming and outgoing money movement transactions. This position requires strong analytical thinking, a commitment to compliance, and a focus on fraud prevention, all while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of money movement requests in compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards.
• Partner with branch associates, Field Service Team Managers, and Regional Leaders to resolve escalated transaction issues.
• Apply risk-aware decision-making to safeguard client assets and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Maintain current knowledge of SEC, FINRA, compliance, and firm procedures relevant to transaction-based work.
• Deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Communicate professionally with senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in firm-led projects and technology pilot programs as assigned.
• Provide world-class service that reflects the values and standards of Bank.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services or operations.
• Proven ability to succeed in deadline-driven and high-volume environments.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and troubleshoot technical issues
