Asset Officer

Job Responsibilities: -

1.    To assist in maintaining physical assets, monitors inventories, locations and maintenance status.

2.    To issue Asset Purchase Request Form (APRF) and ensure all purchased asset are received in right quantity and delivered to the right location before submitting for asset registration.

3.    To issue Asset Transfer/Loan/disposal Form (ATDLF) or Temporary Asset Transfer/Relocation Form (TARTF) for any asset transfer, loan and disposal according to the procedures established.

4.    To issue asset faulty report for any faulty asset occurred and proceed to the next action whether to repair or dispose.

5.    To monitor monthly asset listing report and update accordingly.

6.    To record and monitor asset repair and maintenance to ensure all are well executed.

7.    Assist in non-asset disposal process.

8.    To monitor and maintain office and outlet supply of tools, stationery, equipment and cleaning materials.

9.    To prepare monthly asset report on the new purchase, not in use, disposal and any other matter related to asset and tools supply.

10.  Responsible to do regular check on the equipment in all outlet to ensure all are safe to use.

11.  Responsible to maintain of key record and safe keeping.

12.  Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
