Asset Servicing Associate

Responsibilities

• Process corporate actions, including dividends, bonuses, rights, mergers, splits, and buybacks.
• Coordinate with custodians, NSDL/CDSL, and brokers.
• Manage entitlement processing and reconciliation.
• Handle exceptions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare Excel reports and MIS documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely processing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in asset servicing or corporate actions.
• Knowledge of the corporate actions lifecycle.
• Experience in reconciliation and exception handling.
• Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
