Assets & Operations Manager

Manage and organize digital media assets, including match videos, highlights, images, and other content. Upload and maintain content through the CMS, ensuring accuracy and proper organization. Monitor the website daily to ensure all matches, highlights, and content are published correctly. Track missing content and follow up with the relevant teams to ensure timely completion. Coordinate the launch of new tournaments, ensuring all designs, assets, and pages are ready before going live. Maintain trackers for matches, highlights, tournaments, and publishing status. Monitor day-to-day website operations and troubleshoot publishing or CMS issues. Coordinate with technical teams to resolve operational issues and follow up until they are closed. Perform routine quality checks to ensure content is displayed correctly across the website. Prepare regular reports on publishing progress, pending tasks, and operational issues. Work closely with Editorial, Design, Video, and Technical teams to ensure smooth content delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital asset management, website operations, CMS, or a similar role.
• Experience in a sports or digital media environment is a plus.
• Experience using CMS platforms.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
