Assets management Technician

Purpose of the position

Manage the full lifecycle of company assets, including equipment/fixture

, consumables, packing material and chemicals as well as all other

procurement, customs clearance/importation, and ongoing asset tracking.

• Monitor and maintain

  accurate

  inventory to prevent

  shortages

  or

  excessive

  overstock

  .

• Track inventory

  in and outbound

  , including receiving, shipping, and storage activities

  .

• Conduct regular physical

  cycle

  counts and audits to reconcile

  any

  discrepancies between actual stock and records

• Generate reports and analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify trends, and support decision-making

• Coordinate with

  other departments

   to ensure proper storage, distribution, and timely replenishment

• Follow and Maintain

  inventory control systems and best practices, including software tools for tracking and reporting

  .

• Systematically process Purchase request

Education and work experience

• High School Diploma/GED

• Some knowledge of

  inventory management software, spreadsheets, and dat

  a

  analysis tools

• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and time management

• Prior work in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics is often preferred

Skills:

• Experienced

  in MS Office

  abilities.

• Excellent communication

  liaising with global

  suppliers

  teams.

• Language Fluent in English.

Working

conditions

• On-site work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility with designated cleanroom areas for precision equipment; compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection standards.
• May require occasional weekend hours to support production plan, emergency repairs, or project implementation.
