Assisstant Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will support in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service delivery, and effective team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and support servers, cashiers, hosts, and bartenders.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service-related issues.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Support inventory management and operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Preferably with excellent English communication skill.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
