What they need
- Assist the Hotel Manager or Supervisor in managing daily hotel operations.
- Ensure all departments operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure hotel standards are maintained.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out when required.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints and special requests professionally.
- Ensure accurate room bookings, reservations and guest records.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
