Assist Product Manager

About the role

Support the Product Manager in planning and developing the organization's learning products, covering Public Seminar, Corporate Training, Online Course/E-Learning, and Community. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Trainer/Facilitator teams to design curricula that meet target audience needs, oversee training activities to completion according to plan, and analyze customer data and feedback to continuously improve products.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Product Manager in planning and developing products: design curricula for Public Seminar, analyze trends, and develop processes to attract target audiences
• Collaborate on Corporate Training design for organizational clients, coordinate with Sales and Trainer teams to meet client needs, and track post-training results
• Develop online curricula including content and learning formats, coordinate with instructors to design and improve courses
• Develop and manage customer Community, create activities, communicate, and increase ongoing engagement
• Oversee and coordinate development of the Guardian system and drive projects to build new Trainer capacity
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Trainer/Facilitator teams to ensure smooth project progress
• Oversee Event team in organizing seminars and training activities according to plan, covering content, learner experience, and on-site management
• Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously improve products across each category
• Monitor new trends in the learning industry to develop and propose innovative products that create differentiation
• Track project timelines to ensure alignment with plans

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level experience in Product/Training or related fields, or Project Management experience
• Planning skills, cross-team coordination ability, and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking and data analysis skills to develop products
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse roles (Sales, Trainer, Content)
• Interest in the learning/personnel development industry
