Assist project manager - construction

1. Assist project managers in developing and tracking construction schedules and in providing timely feedback on site progress deviations.

2. To assist in the management of construction sites, supervise construction teams to construct according to plans and specifications, and participate in daily inspections of quality, safety, and civil construction.

3. Participate in drawing inspections, technical submissions, inspection of hidden works, inspections of part items, and compile a list of problems and follow up on rectification closed loop.

4. Assist in the preparation of engineering materials, including construction logs, minutes of meetings, contact forms, visa changes, verification information, acceptance information, imaging information, etc.

5. Assist in the entry and acceptance of materials and equipment, the registration of accounts, and the management of receipt, and cooperate with suppliers and subcontractors in reconciliation.

6. Assist in coordinating day-to-day communication between party A, supervisor, design, sub-packageing, and crew, conveying project instructions and providing feedback on implementation.

7. Assisting in cost control, participating in workload reconciliation, visa claims collection, and progress declarations.

8. Assist in organizing regular and typical project meetings and keeping track of meeting minutes and to-do lists.

9. Familiar with ISO14001, HSE, HAZID, HAZOP, and other related standards, strictly implement the safety and cultural construction regulations, find quality, safety hazards timely report and assist in handling.

10. Complete other tasks assigned to the project manager.

Qualifications for appointment

1. Have a bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering, engineering management, building construction technology, municipal engineering and other related professions.

2. He has more than 10 years of work experience in construction companies.

3. Familiar with the basic processes of civil construction construction, acceptance codes and safety codes, and able to understand construction drawings.

4. Familiar with Office, CAD and other office and drawing software;

5. He is skilled at hearing, reading and writing English.
