Assistance Export Manager

Drive export sales by developing new markets, managing overseas customers, and expanding international business for motorcycle chains, sprockets and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop export sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with overseas customers and distributors.
• Develop new markets in Asia, Africa, India, Central Asia, etc.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for timely delivery.
• Travel overseas to meet customers and attend trade shows.
• Work with the marketing team on promotional activities.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or related fields, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or motorcycle industries.
• Good English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience dealing with China customers is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Japanese is an added advantage for dealing with China and OEM customers.
• Good analytical and business skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the motorcycle industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
