Assistant Account Executive

ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE

Department: Accounting

Overview: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records, with primary role focusing on bookkeeping, reconciliations & report preparations

Scope of Work:

• Perform monthly reconciliations between accounts receivable and the sales team
• Maintain the fixed asset register, including data entry, depreciation calculations, and periodic reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation and update of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement)
• Prepare and perform regular stock reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist with the implementation of new accounting and finance policies and procedures
• Generate and maintain various accounting reports
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned
• Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with Executive - Accounting

Experience: 1-2 years

Industry: Manufacturing / Trading

Qualifications: B.Com / other similar qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
