Assistant Account Manager

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Account Manager – Based in the Philippines.

The candidate will be based in the Philippines and is required to work directly with clients and business partners in the Philippines. The candidate will report to the Account in Malaysia and work closely with the Malaysia management team, with key matters escalated to top management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned accounts in the Philippines.
• Maintain good and professional relationships with clients.
• Communicate and follow up with clients regularly.
• Handle account-related matters and ensure proper follow-up.
• Monitor account status and maintain accurate account records.
• Monthly closing of financial reports, including P&L.
• Prepare regular account reports.
• Coordinate closely with Malaysia HQ and management on account-related matters.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, the Philippines team, and Malaysia management.
• Attend client meetings and business activities as required.
• Provide regular updates and reports to Malaysian management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
• Able to understand and communicate in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin- and English-speaking clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong account management and follow-up skills.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work directly with local clients and business partners.
• Comfortable working remotely with and reporting to management based in Malaysia.
• Basic salary will be offered based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
