Your new company

Our client is a leading provider of solutions across the industrial dry bulk value chain.

Your new role

• Assist in daily online bank and cheque payments
• Assist in daily accounting operations including invoice and data entries, voucher preparation, bookkeeping etc.
• Monitor inflows, outflows and balances of bank accounts
• Reconcile bank balances with general ledgers
• Prepare intercompany billings
• Assist senior staff in month-end closing
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant discipline
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Conscientious, professional and committed
• Self-initiative and self-discipline
• Good team player
• Strong knowledge of office tools like MS Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems, HSBCnet and S2B operations is an advantage.
