Assistant Accountant / Accounting Assistant

Your role:

• Responsible for consolidation and prepare monthly/quarter end financial reporting with analysis and schedules
• Handle full set of accounts and preparing month-end closing reports
• Supervise subordinates on daily A/R and A/P accounting works, including vendor invoices/payment and customer billings/ receipt processing
• Review month end accrual and account schedules
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from supervisor and management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline with minimum 4 years relevant experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting field with experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably experience in F&B industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) is mandatory.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
• Work independently, proactive and diligent
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and able to meet timeline
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediately available preferred

**Candidate with less experience will be consider as Accounting Assistant

**Working Location:**Wong Chuk Hang (near MTR station)
