About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Accountant to support our busy Finance department. This role will report directly to the Financial Controller.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creditors & Debtors Management.

• Warehouse Inventory Control/ Stock Management.

• Pick & Pack orders.

• Update and Close off work orders.

• Closing assemblies.

• Filing, archiving & report writing.

• Manage 3PL inwards/outwards transactions.

• Prepare raw material orders.

• Assist with logistics arrangements as required.

• Supporting the accounting/admin team in all areas Finance and Admin.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 2+ years experience in an accounting role.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Pronto experience is desirable.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You will need to be a dedicated individual with a positive and proactive attitude.
